My name is Thomas and I am a 13 year old boy. Sport is a part of me that I can’t live without.
The PFL is a yearly charity event for supporting destitute people. I was involved and using my own way for donating to the organization. The distance we paddled had directly proportional to the number of money we donate.
对于SUP（桨板）这项运动，我第一次接触是在2017年，我的朋友带我去露营，在那儿，我发现自己与此项运动有一种神秘不可描述的连接，每个人都是第一次接触桨板，但是我总能稳居前列，我想这或许就是天赋吧！也是在那里我遇见了我的教练，直到今天他仍然还有着无穷无尽的知识与技巧教授于我，遇见他是我的荣幸！
I first experienced SUP in 2017, when my friends invited me to a camp. There, I found out that I was talented at this sport. Although it was everyone's first time, I was in the lead. I also met my paddling teacher there. He trained me to be a champion like he is. Until today, there’s incessant knowledge send to me by him.
在这项运动中想要成功，我需要大量的时间训练不断提高自己的身体素质，但同时作为一名学生，需要兼顾训练和课业。在这里我要感谢我的父母，他们不仅支持我的兴趣爱好，也帮助我更好的平衡训练和课业，成为目前国内青少年最优秀且最有突出表现和有最潜力的选手，谢谢你们。
The path to become what I am right now is tough, I needed to train hard and keep fit. As a student, my main role is to study. I have to always balance my study time with my training time. Here I would like to thank my parents. They not only support my hobbies, but also help me better counterpoise training and schoolwork, and become the best and most outstanding player with the most potential among young people in China.

这份奖状是2019年夏季受邀出席韩国国际SUP锦标赛获得的奖状。通过我的努力，我在成人公开组中表现出色，并获得了第二名的好成绩。在比赛中常有人会犯错，此时就会有人“悄悄溜进”替代，想要替代他人的位置，前提是需要有与他人相辅的实力及敏锐的眼光，不然到手给你的机会也把握不住。（凭实力捡漏）
I finished the Korea international SUP Championship in second place. I had worked hard and performed well out of the group of contestants. During the competition, people in front of me made mistakes, and whenever they did, I took the opportunity to speed ahead and pass them. With my strength, skill and luck, I won the award in this picture.
疫情的影响今年的赛事都在国内，这个夏季对我来说又是满满收获。“英邦体育”举办的中国桨板俱乐部网络联赛中200m技巧冲刺赛是我记忆犹新的一场比赛。我以高桨率和扎实的技术取得胜利。在比赛过程中，我结交了新朋友彼此都很友善，并且富有挑战性。
This summer, by the mishap of the COVID-19, I raced in Mainland China. It resulted in a victory for me. The 200 meter skills sprint race set up by Inband was a match I will not forget. I won the sprint with my high paddling rate and solid skill. During the game, new friends that I met were all competitive, yet nice to each other. What a nice match!
最后我希望有更多的小伙伴们加入SUP的大家族不仅给我们带来良好的体魄更是可以拓展我们感受探识这奇妙世界的视角，

At the last, I hope that more friends will join the family of “SUP”, it will not only brings us a good physique, but also expands our perspective of exploring this wonderful world.
